A.E. Roofing & Contracting is a growing residential and commercial roofing company built on progress, virtue & quality results. As we continue expanding and diversifying our services—including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and remodeling—we are looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead our field operations.
This role is critical to our success and is responsible for managing projects from start to finish while maintaining quality standards, timelines, and profitability. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading crews while coordinating closely with sales and office staff.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and oversee residential and commercial roofing and construction projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and job assignments
- Order materials and manage delivery timelines
- Perform job site inspections for quality control and safety compliance
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with customers, sales team, and office staff throughout projects
- Handle change orders, supplements, and job adjustments
- Maintain organization and updates within company systems/CRM
- Communicate with building inspectors and close permits

Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, construction, or project management required
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, metal, TPO/EPDM preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
Competitive salary + performance bonuses based on production efficiency and job profitability.
$40,000 – $60,000 a year – Full-time

Outside Sales Representative

What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop new residential and commercial roofing opportunities (We also offer a variety of construction services including siding, gutters, windows, decks, remodel’s, etc..)
- Perform roof inspections and property assessments
- Meet with homeowners, business owners, and property managers
- Create and present estimates and proposals
- Close sales and manage projects through completion
- Maintain customer relationships and generate referrals and positive reviews
- Track pipeline and follow up on leads consistently with daily updates in our CRM.

Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction a plus)

Compensation
Top industry salary + commission with no cap. Top performers can earn $80K–$150K+ annually.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $110,299.61 per year
